Success versus happiness

This article from The Atlantic just blew me away when it was published. This month will be a short post as I focus on two longer form projects.

Much is written and studied regarding happiness, yet it remains so elusive to many. The first Psalm of the Bible teaches us ancient wisdom for happiness and Yale teaches us modern. Ryan Holiday equates autonomy with happiness and Tim Keller teaches that complete freedom is not the best for us. I’m glad that authors like Arthur Brooks, John Boyd (of OODA fame!), David Brooks, and Richard Rohr continue to tell us what they’ve learned.
